About VTD Consulting Group
As your consultant, I will work with the team to help define, develop and determine the future of the organization. I will facilitate strategic conversations while collecting information to help you critically analyze your mission, vision, values, programs, leadership, financing, and operational capacity. The result of our engagement will lead to a tactical, prioritized strategic plan document to guide its work for the future of the organization.

Veronica T. DeLandro is Founder of VTD Consulting Group. Prior to starting VTD Consulting Group, Veronica was appointed by U.S. Representative Jahana Hayes to serve as her District Director for the 5th Congressional District.
Veronica is very active in the community and involved in a number of organizations. She is active in a number of organizations; the New Britain Branch of the NAACP, the National Hampton Alumni Association, Inc., the Greater Hartford Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and Hartford Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she serves as the Connecticut State Coordinator. Veronica currently serves on the Boards for the YWCA New Britain, and Community Mental Health Affiliates in New Britain.
In 2021 she was named one of the Most Influential Blacks in CT by the CT NAACP and in 2019 she was honored with other women for her accomplishments and positive influence on communities at the 100 Women of Color Gala and Honors.
Veronica is a proud HBCU alum and earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in Mass Media Arts with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University, and her master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Connecticut.
